HPE Americas ITSM Summit – Exploring New Frontiers

Come explore new frontiers in ITSM at the next HPE Americas ITSM Summit in San Antonio, April 5-7. Just like the Wild West period was a time for growth, expansion, and transformation, it’s a transformational time for ITSM. For example, service desks are leveraging Big Data analytics and  IT organizations are moving towards becoming a broker of IT services.  IT is increasingly being seen as a primary enabler and a true partner to the business as companies transform to the digital enterprise.  ITSM is a key part of this shift in perspective.  Join us in San Antonio, a historic site in the Old West, to learn about new frontiers in ITSM. All cowboys, explorers, pioneers, Calamity Janes, outlaws, and sheriffs are invited.

This event will feature presentations by key customers showcasing their ITSM transformations, successes, best practices, and lessons learned using HPE’s ITSM products to solve their business critical challenges. An expert panel discussion will feature Jim Noble, CEO of The Advisory Council International, who led IT organizations at General Motors, British Petroleum, AOL Time Warner, and more.  The HPE team will host roundtable discussions focusing on key solution areas. You will also have the opportunity to network with your peers, HPE product experts, and our HPE ITSM executives.

If you attended the first HP Americas ITSM Summit in Orlando and the second in Seattle, you had the opportunity to experience the strong connections of the HPE ITSM community as well as develop relationships with and learn from other customers.  If you missed the events in Orlando or Seattle, now is your chance. Event registration is free for HPE customers. Space is limited, so please register early.
