Möbius Partners Named 1 of the Best Places to Work for 2nd Consecutive Year

Möbius Partners Enterprise Solutions, one of the leading IT solutions providers in the southwest and an HP Platinum business partner, today announced it was named one of the “Best Places to Work” in San Antonio by the San Antonio Business Journal for the second consecutive year.

According to the San Antonio Business Journal, more than 200 companies responded to an initial questionnaire published in its print publication and on its Web site. Of those, 43 were selected for further evaluation. Employees from the 43 companies were invited to respond to a confidential online survey that judged the company in 10 categories including: team effectiveness, retention risk, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, work engagement and people practices. Winners were selected based on employee measurement of 37 attributes known to drive employee engagement. The top companies in each category were considered the winners.

This year, Möbius Partners ranked number 17 in the Small Business Category (companies with 1-50 employees) and number 28 overall. Each of the 43 companies was recognized with an award at a luncheon held today at the Oak Hills Country Club.
