San Antonio Business Journal Names Möbius Partners One of the Best Places to Work

Möbius Partners Enterprise Solutions, a computer reseller for HP and Sun Microsystems that specializes in enterprise-level solutions, today announced it was named one of the "Best Places to Work" in San Antonio by the San Antonio Business Journal.

According to the San Antonio Business Journal, more than 150 companies responded to an initial questionnaire published in its print publication and on its web site. Of those, 39 were selected for further evaluation based on the number of employees. Employees from the 39 companies were invited to respond to a survey that judged the company in 10 categories, including: team effectiveness, retention risk, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, work engagement and people practices. Winners were selected based on employee measurement of 37 attributes known to drive employee engagement. The top companies in each category were considered the winners.

This year, Möbius Partners ranked number seven in the Small Business Category (companies with 1-50 employees) as well as number seven overall. Each of the 39 companies was recognized with an award at a luncheon held today at the Oak Hills Country Club.
