Möbius Partners Ranked Among North America’s Top 500 Technology Integrators by VARBusiness Magazine

Möbius Partners Enterprise Solutions, a computer reseller for HP and Sun Microsystems that specializes in enterprise-level solutions, today announced it was recognized by CMP Technology’s VARBusiness magazine as one of North America’s top technology integrators. Möbius Partners, making the list for the first time, placed number 435 in the 12th annual VARBusiness 500 ranking. Möbius Partners also received a Newcomer Award from the magazine in recognition of its fast growth.

The VARBusiness 500 Newcomer awards are given in recognition of companies who are new to the VARBusiness 500 list, and who standout either in terms of double-digit revenue growth, unique business models, and/or creators of innovative solutions for their clients. Möbius Partners was selected for its ability to grow from a $12 million company in 2004 to $30 million in 2005, still with only 14 employees.

To complete the 2006 ranking of the 500 largest North American solution providers, VARBusiness partnered with research firm Answers Research to help collect and analyze the data. VARBusiness designed the survey, which was administered on its Web site between February and April 2006, as a means to collect the data. Independent data sourcing (e.g., SEC filings, annual reports, etc.) also was conducted. Finalists were ranked according to their fiscal year 2005 revenue, based only on their reseller-related services business.

The 500 companies that made the list are the leading revenue producers among solution provider organizations in North America and account for $378 billion in sales of information-technology (IT) services and products.
