Hispanic Trends Recognizes Möbius Partners
December 1, 2006 | News
Möbius Partners Enterprise Solutions, a computer reseller (VAR) for Hewlett-Packard and Sun Microsystems, today announced it made Hispanic Trends magazine’s Hispanic Entrepreneur 100 list. Möbius Partners placed no.8 on the list, appearing in the December 2006/January 2007 issue, which ranked 100 of the fastest-growing Latino businesses.
In order to qualify for this recognition, companies must have posted at least $1 million in revenues for 2004, be at least 51 percent Hispanic-owned, and have been in business for at least three years. According to the magazine, this year’s Hispanic Entrepreneur list is significant because a recent U.S. Census Bureau Survey of Business Owners indicated that the number of Hispanic owned businesses shot up 31 percent between 1997 and 2002.
"Being recognized by Hispanic Trends magazine for our growth is an enormous honor," said J. Javier "Jay" Uribe. "This honor, and all of the honors we’ve received in recognition of our growth, is truly a testament to everyone at Möbius Partners. Our incredible team is the reason we are so successful and we look forward to continued success in 2007."
