Möbius Partners Repeats Honor as One of the Best Companies to Work for in Texas

Möbius Partners, one of the fastest growing solutions providers in the southwest, today announced it was named one of the Best Companies to Work for in Texas for 2011.

Created in 2006, the awards program is a project of TEXAS MONTHLY, the Texas Association of Business (TAB), the Texas State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management (TSC-SHRM) and Best Companies Group. This statewide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Texas, benefiting the state’s economy, its workforce and businesses. The Best Companies to Work for in Texas 2011 list is made up of 100 companies, including Möbius Partners.

“We were very proud to recently celebrate our 10-year anniversary in business. Winning an award like this is a validation of the company culture we have created and our emphasis on employee empowerment,” said Junab Ali, president and co-founder of Möbius Partners. “One of the most important things we did from the very beginning was to create and foster a unique culture. Möbius Partners will be recognized and honored at the Best Companies to Work for in Texas awards ceremony in January 2011 as part of the Texas Association of Business 2011 Annual Conference. The rankings will also be released in a special advertising section of the February 2011 issue of TEXAS MONTHLY.

To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:

– Have at least 15 employees working in Texas;
– Be a for-profit or not-for-profit business or government entity;
– Be a publicly or privately held business;
– Have a facility in the state of Texas; and
– Must be in business a minimum of 1 year.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the Best Companies to Work for in Texas. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores of each section determined the top companies and the final ranking.

Möbius Partners was also recognized by the San Antonio Business Journal earlier this year as one of the “Best Places to Work” in San Antonio. Möbius Partners ranked number 3 in the SABJ’s Small Business Category (companies with 1-50 employees).
