Möbius Partners soars to 4th Fastest Growing Company in San Antonio

July 22, 2005 | News

Möbius Partners, a computer reseller (VAR) for HP and Sun Microsystems that specializes in enterprise-level solutions, today announced its inclusion in The San Antonio Business Journal’s Fast Track 2005 list. Möbius Partners ranked fourth with an average 92.19% revenue growth for the 2002-2004 three-year fiscal period.

This announcement comes shortly after Möbius Partners’ May’s debut at #44 on Entrepreneur Magazine’s Hot 100 list of America’s fastest-growing new companies. It was one of only eight Texas companies and the lone company from San Antonio to make Entrepreneur’s list.

The San Antonio Business Journal teamed with Carneiro Chumney & Co. to review companies for the Fast Track 2005 list. Each company had to fit a series of criteria, including annual growth over the past three years (fiscal 2002-2005), revenues over $100,000 in fiscal year 2002, and a posted profit at least two of the last three years (fiscal 2002-2004), including the most recently completed fiscal year. The company had to be an independent, public or privately-held proprietorship or partnership with headquarters in the San Antonio area.

"Being recognized locally for our rapid growth is an honor for all the employees of Möbius Partners," said Jay Uribe, president and co-founder of Möbius Partners. "San Antonio’s dynamic economic community has offered us many opportunities – which we’ve been able to capitalize on in many ways. We look forward to continued fast growth in the months to come as we explore new business opportunities."

Since its inception in 2000, Möbius Partners has focused on providing clients with the expertise they need to assess, architect, implement and manage their infrastructure initiatives.
