Overview

Our custom VMware Health Check Services are designed to assess your VMware solution in the virtualization environment relative to VMware best practices. These services provide insights into your environment leveraging our experienced and skilled engineering team. By applying VMware best practices, we can provide guidance to optimize your environments for performance, scaling, and manageability.

Our Offerings

Mobius Partners VMware vSphere Health Check – A custom health check provided by Mobius Partners. Due to the differences in each unique environment we have the ability to customize to the customer needs. Our process for delivery include the following:
• Architecture review in VMware infrastructure all the way down to the firmware level
• Best practices in configuration, operations, and usage of the VMware environment

vSphere Optimization Assessment – Evaluation of VMware vRealize Operations and a customized vSphere Optimization Assessment Report that illustrates how you can save time and money by improving the efficiency of your own virtual environment. Results will be compiled with findings and recommendations for you in a personalized Optimization Assessment report.

Mobius Partners VMware End User Computing Assessment – End user computing can be a large mix of services and we have the capability to customize based on what products the business is currently using around VMware. This assessment is designed to evaluate your desktop virtualization environment relative to VMware best practices around these components:
• VMware Horizon
• VMware UEM (Formally Airwatch)
• VMware App Volumes
• VMware Workspace One

AWS Cost and Workload Placement Assessment – VMware Cloud on AWS is a vSphere-based cloud service that brings the enterprise-class VMware Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC) software to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud. The VMware Cloud on AWS Cost and Workload Placement Assessment Service analyzes individual applications to determine whether a migration to VMware Cloud on AWS would be cost-effective.

AWS Hybrid Cloud and Readiness Assessment – VMware Cloud on AWS Hybrid Cloud Readiness Assessment service analyzes the Customer environment to create an implementation plan that prepares the on-premises environment to leverage hybrid cloud with VMware Cloud on AWS.

Application Discovery and Dependency Mapping Assessment – Assessment to provide Customer with insight into applications on their virtual infrastructure network and to the virtual machine dependencies of those applications using VMware vRealize Network Insight™. VMware provides details about data flows between multi-tiered application components and network service dependencies. The analysis can be used by Customer to determine data flows into and out of applications and application groups as part of application migration or disaster recovery planning.

VMware vSAN Assessment – The VMware Virtual SAN Assessment uses a free SaaS-based VMware Infrastructure Planner (VIP) tool to run a free comprehensive analysis of your vSphere storage environment (i.e., I/O patterns). In just one week, the Virtual SAN Assessment uses the analysis to provide the following technical and business recommendations
• Which VMs are a suitable candidate for Virtual SAN – Hybrid or All Flash
• Sizing and hardware recommendations (i.e., number of servers, SSD, HDD)
• TCO analysis compared to storage arrays

Customer Delineation

The Mobius Partners VMware Health Check Services are ideal for customers who are in the position for the following:
